About Victory Church of Christ
While the Lord's Church was established around AD 33, Victory Church of Christ began meeting in 1980. We built on its present location at 12470 Upper Fredericktown Road in Mt. Vernon.
In 1995, an addition was added to facilitate more room. A fire then broke out in 2009 and we commenced to rebuild. With a few modifications, we now have a facility more user friendly and accessible.
Each Lords day we begin with Sunday School classes, teaching lessons from Gods Word. Followed by Worship time including Preaching, Fellowship, Prayer, The Lord's Supper, and Traditional music with instrumental accompaniment. See "Services" page for times of services.
Our Leadership
Our Leadership is based on the pattern in Scripture established by the Lord. This pattern of Elders and Evangelists is found in Ephesians 4,
I Timothy 3, and Titus 1.
